want now! They don't want to be wasting time on old news and out of
date ads - they
want to buy a car now!
If they find the auto they want on the Internet and you have really
sharp sales staff - complete with Palm or Blackberry 'phones you will,
no doubt, sell the car - easy car sold.
Don't forget these twenty + year olds can be your customers for life
so don't let the "other guys" at your dealership beat them up as they
won't be back and probably leave you
a shaky testimonial just where you
don't want it to be - on the Internet!
